Hawaiian Pineapple Baked Beans - Hometown Cooking
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup bottled hot-style barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 (15-16 oz) can pork and beans in tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can chili beans with chili gravy
1 (8 oz) can pineapple tidbits (juice pack), drained
In a large skillet; cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat. Stir in ketchup, barbecue sauce, and brown sugar. Stir in pork and beans, chili beans, and drained pineapple.
Transfer to a 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven about 1 hour or until heated through.
Makes 8-10 servings.
