Double Layer Chocolate Pie - Bone Appetit - The Beaver County Kennel Club


This sounds amazing! I am already thinking of how to make it sugar free. :-) 

4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 (12 oz) container Cool Whip
1 prepared chocolate flavor crumb crust
1 1/2 cups cold milk
2 packages instant chocolate pudding

Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip. Spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 1/2 cups milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute (mixture will be thick). Stir in 2 cups of Cool Whip. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip.
