Chicken Pie Deluxe - People Chow Redeemer Lutheran Church cookbook

1 package Stove Top stuffing mix, chicken flavored
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cubed chicken
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup cooked peas
Dash of pepper

Make stuffing mix according to package directions, press lightly in bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan. In saucepan, stir milk into soup and add other ingredients. Heat and turn into pie shell. Top with buttered bread crumbs or croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
