1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed to coarse crumbs
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
4 pieces of chicken
Stir corn flake crumbs and seasoning together. Dip each piece into milk and dredge in corn flake mixture. Spray an 8 inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Place chicken in dish. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven 1 hour or until done.
