Imperial Chicken - People Chow Redeemer Lutheran Church Cookbook
2 cups bread crumbs mixed with 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 garlic bud, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then into crumb mixture. Arrange pieces in shallow foil-lined pan so they don't overlap. Dot with 2 tablespoons more butter. Bake at 350 for one hour.
Note - This recipe doesn't say how much chicken to use. My guess would be 6-8 pieces.
