Brownies - Living Heart Diet

1 1/4 cups tub margarine
2/3 cup cocoa powder
Egg substitute equivalent to 4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup walnuts- chopped
Powdered sugar for sprinkling - if desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat margarine and cocoa in saucepan until melted. Place in bowl with sugar and mix well. Add egg substitute gradually, beating very well after each addition. Add vanilla, flour and nuts. Mix well. Spread in 9x13 baking dish greased with margarine. Bake 35 minutes being careful no to over bake. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, before cutting.
