4 Layer Pie - Thank Heaven for Home Made Cooks

1st Layer:
2 sticks butter (melted)
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans (Recipe doesn't say, but you may want to rough chop the pecans)

Mix and spread evenly in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool completely.

2nd Layer:
8 ounce cream cheese , room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 cup Cool Whip

Combine and spread on 1st Layer.

3rd Layer:
1 (3 oz) package instant chocolate pudding
1 3/4 cup milk

Mix and spread on 2nd layer.

4th Layer:

Spread remainder of Cool Whip on 3rd Layer. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate and pecans. Add chopped cherries if desired.
