Bacon Broccoli Cheese Ball - The Clarion News 1999 Holiday Recipe Guide



1 package (8oz) cream cheese softened
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
6 bacon strips - cooked and crumbled

In a mixing bowl; beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese and pepper until blended. Stir in broccoli. Shape into a ball and roll in crushed bacon bits. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. 

Serve with assorted crackers.
