Cream Cheese Cup Cakes- Favorite Recipes From Our Best Cooks



3 large ( 8 oz) packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
vanilla wafers

Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in bowl till smooth. Place whole vanilla wafer in bottom of aluminum foil cup cake containers and then place in muffin pans. (Or you can use a muffin tin for stability.) Fill to middle with cream cheese mixture.

Place muffin tins on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes (no longer). (You may have to adjust the time if using a muffin pan.)

Cool and top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.

Refrigerate.
