Fried Bananas - Lifetime Cookware Cookbook


4 large bananas
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Dash of salt
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Cut bananas in half lengthwise, then again crosswise. Brush each piece with lemon juice; sprinkle lightly with salt. Melt butter or margarine in skillet; saute banana slices about 2 minutes on each side, or until tender. Serve with cream, if desired. 

Makes 4 servings.
