Fried Bananas - Lifetime Cookware Cookbook
4 large bananas2 tablespoons lemon juiceDash of salt2 tablespoons butter or margarineCut bananas in half lengthwise, then again crosswise. Brush each piece with lemon juice; sprinkle lightly with salt. Melt butter or margarine in skillet; saute banana slices about 2 minutes on each side, or until tender. Serve with cream, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
