Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole - The Derrick Cookbook 1999
Layer in the following order in a 9x13 inch Pyrex dish:
6 boneless chicken breasts, cut into medium-sized strips
2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 layers of sliced lean deli ham
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2 boxes chicken stuffing mix, prepared according to box directions.
Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350 degree oven approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes. Let casserole stand 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving.
