Sour Cream Bean Dip - Unknown Cookbook




1 can black bean soup
Scant 1/4 soup can of water
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 can bean with bacon soup
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
4-5 drops tabasco sauce
1/2 cup sour cream

Heat soup slowly, stirring constantly, adding water gradually.  Combine mustard, chili powder, garlic, tabasco with vinegar.  Stir into sour cream.  Then add to soup.  Over very low heat, simmer 10 minutes.  Cool at room temperature.  Then chill.  Good served with tortilla or corn chips.
