Bisquick Original All-Purpose Baking Mix - Top Secret Recipes

4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup shortening

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add the shortening and mix with an electric mixer on medium speed until all the shortening is blended with the flour.

Use mix as you would the real thing by following the directions on the box.
