Bacon Wraps - Unknown Cookbook

These sound yummy and simple at the same time.  My favorite combination.

1 small jar cheddar cheese (room temperature)
white bread, crusts off
1 pound bacon, cut in half

Spread several slices of bread with cheese.  Cut bread into strips (3 strips per slice).  Roll up and then roll in bacon slice, secure with a toothpick.  Repeat this process until cheese is gone.  Bake at 350 about 45 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve with hot mustard.  They freeze unbaked well. May bake from frozen also.
