Chili Con Turkey - Abs Diet Cookbook
(This is pretty good!!)1 pound turkey1 can (14oz) Mexican style diced tomatoes1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained1 can (14 oz) whole kernel sweet corn, drained1 package (1 1/2 oz) dried chili mix1 tablespoon ground flaxseed1/4 cup water1 cup cooked brown rice
In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the turkey.
Add everything else but the rice and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Makes 4 servings.
